Flea Market: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM in front of Holy Sepulcher School.
Food Court: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM in Holy Sepulcher Cafeteria. 
Baskets & More Raffle: 9:00 AM - 7:00PM in the YYAC. Winners drawn at 7PM and notified on Monday 8/4.
Chuck-A-Luck: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM behind Holy Sepulcher School
Bingo: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM behind Holy Sepulcher School
Musical Entertainment: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM behind Holy Sepulcher School
Food Booths: Apple Dumplings, Funnel Cakes, Breakfast Sandwiches (8 AM), Hot Dogs/Hamburgers & Lemonade: 11:00 AM (until gone!) behind Holy Sepulcher School.
Kids' World Games & Sports Alley: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM behind Holy Sepulcher School.
Grand Raffle Tickets: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sold at the Information Tent. Winner drawn at 6:00 PM on 8/4.

DONATIONS FOR SUMMERFEST
We accept the following items in a good/usable condition.  Undesirable/unusable items will be refused.

• household items (such as sets of glasses/mugs, sets of dishes, pots/pans, candles, sheets, artwork, frames, vases, decorative pillows, etc.) 
• small kitchen appliances (such as crockpots, toaster ovens, bread machine, air fryers, juicer, etc.)
• toys
• bikes
• board games
• books
• religious items
• baskets
• wooden furniture
• jewelry
• purses/bags
• suitcases
• seasonal items

Items we CANNOT accept are

• individual houseware items of glassware or dishes 
• hard wired lights and ceiling fans
• rugs
• car seats
• ice skates or soccer cleats
• Christmas trees
• stuffed furniture
• clothing
• paint
• chemicals
• exercise equipment
• computers (including monitors and keyboards)
• magazines
• VHS tapes
• televisions
• tires
• metal file cabinets
• large office furniture
• bowling balls
• lamps or lampshades
• single glasses/cups
• comforters or pillows
• curtains
• blinds
• water bottles
• animal or child gates

Enter to win our Parish Grand Raffle! Tickets are available in the Pastoral Centers at Holy Sepulcher and Saint Kilian until July 31st or at Summerfest on August 2nd until our drawing at 6PM. Winner need not be present to win. Tickets can also be returned by mail or placed in the Mass collection baskets in an envelope marked Summerfest Raffle Tickets. 

Donation: $5 per ticket, $50 for a book of 10 tickets
Grand Prize: $5,000
2nd Prize: $3,000
3rd Prize: $2,000

We are excited to have the following food options available in the Holy Sepulcher School Cafeteria:

Bake Sale
Chicken Dinner (limited quantities, so come early!)
Coffee 

Each year during Summerfest, the Baskets & More Raffle takes place in the YYAC and consists of large prizes and baskets that are donated by parishioners and businesses. Last year we had almost 200 prizes! Winners are drawn in the evening of August 3rd. Winners need not be present. 

Donations are needed so we have great baskets and prizes to offer! If you are interested in making a basket or donating an item, email Linda Armstrong at [email protected]. Donations can be dropped off at either Saint Kilian or Holy Sepulcher Parish Offices at any time between now and July 12th. We accept new items only.

Please consider volunteering for Summerfest 2026. We need volunteers to fill jobs in the Flea Market, Kids World/Sports Alley, LIFE TEEN Food Booth, Kitchen, Lemonade Stand, Bake Sale, and more. Click HERE to volunteer!

Bring your teens, younger children, and grandkids to Kids World & Sports Alley, located behind Holy Sepulcher's school building. There you can purchase tickets to play games and win great prizes! Kids World has games and face painting while Sports Alley features fun activities geared towards older kids and teens. Open from 10 AM to 6 PM.
