        VBS SUMMER 2026

 Preschool (3-5 yrs) - Elementary (K-4th) - VBX (5th-6th)

 VBS stands for "Vacation Bible School"...but it is DEFINITELY NOT LIKE SCHOOL at all!!
 This high-energy event is better described as a summer mini-day camp ... it is interactive,  energetic, joyful, and our best summer adventure! VBS is hosted onsite at Saint Kilian
 School building, welcoming over 300 participants and 125+ volunteers! 

                          For our us, this is both a MISSION and a MINISTRY.

This fun week brings together our wonderful teens and adults with children through three different programs (please note that registration is done using the CURRENT school year grade, not what they will be in the fall): 

• Preschool: for 3*-5 years olds (*3-year-olds must be potty-trained and have attended preschool in order to enroll).

• VBS: *NEW*  mixed-age groups for K-2nd graders then separate mixed-age groups for 3rd-4th graders. 

• VBX: 5th -6th graders. VBS but EXTRA! The older kids have their own separate areas, games, and activities meant to help them grow more deeply in their faith. Includes faith discussions, diving into Scripture, a daily saint, hands-on service crafts, hands-on snack making, high-energy games, and many details that are only for the older kids.                                                                                                                                     

• ALL GRADES will get to experience new relationships, irresistible songs, AWESOME themed activities, hands-on games, and plenty of opportunities to see and experience God's presence each day. 
  
  

 By the end of the week, all involved have felt God's love exemplified in this joyful,  scriptural, fun-filled week. We encourage YOU, teens and adults, to get involved in this beautiful ministry!

 NOTE: VBS/VBX is open to all in the wider community; we welcome your family to join in! You do not have to belong to Saint Mark Parish to sign up for this event.
